The change in principal brought many changes to this school. The school, once known for its close relationship with its students, high discipline, and focus on developing students' academic abilities, slowly transformed into a school that focused less on student academic abilities. Class hours were reduced from 10 hours to only 5-6 hours, there were more unnecessary non-academic activities, less important celebrations, and very tight preparation for the Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE exams. All of the above made many parents doubt the commitment of the school's policymakers to the school's vision for the future.
