Non-competitive pay, non-flexable work hours, no PTO for the first year, toxic work environment, poor communication, unrealistic expectations, misleading job responsibilities and salary pay, no paid overtime, no paid holidays, no paid mileage while using personal vehicle, very low company moral, narcissistic and abusive company owner, they do not provide adequate office supplies, and overall is extremely stressful and abusive to employees. Very little training provided and no respect is given to anyone. Constant turnover in all departments.
