Interesting Job - ABA Therapist Early Autism Project (Malaysia) Employee Review

- Need alot of improvement on management's end - Transparent - Stop favouritism

Have the chance to be exposed to ABA and kids with different spectrum of ASD.

Too much admin and operation tasks. Need to be at the reception all day to welcome client's and answer phone calls and can feel isolated from other colleagues. Need to do a lot of errands eg pack merchandize, decorate for festivals or kids' birthday, find stuff needed by supervisors, open/close windows etc. Felt like my psychology degree is wasted. A bit underpaid for intern (felt like cheap labour for operation jobs) . Not accessible to public transport and have to bring own lunch or grab.
