Pros
Decent salary. Some good people. Employee DEI groups, with budgets and fun events. My specific team encourages learning.
Cons
No room for development (which is common for industry) someone has to die or quit to be promoted.
Top heavy.
Step on or be stepped on mentality. Aggressive, rude behavior encouraged.
5 days in office with no flexibility. Minimum of 7 hours in office. Must put in sick time or PTO to account for missed hours, otherwise if your average drops below 7 hours you are spoken to.
The vibe is very much leadership does not care about "us" (employees) and will continue to cut benefits, not pay bonuses, while continuing to pay themselves.
