Pros

Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting complex electrical and instrumentation systems Opportunities to develop real-world problem-solving skills in a heavy industrial environment Exposure to a wide range of equipment and systems Team members are knowledgeable and willing to help when needed Stable industry with consistent work availability

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging due to frequent overtime and callouts Corporate policies can feel outdated and not always aligned with employee well-being Limited emphasis on family-oriented culture and long-term sustainability for employees Advancement opportunities may depend more on internal dynamics than clear development paths Reactive work environment at times, with less focus on structured processes

Pros

Good pay but could be a lot better. Good schedule depending on what you do.

Cons

Paid biweekly management don't know wtf they are doing. Lots of ego's and backstabbing in all departments. Management, engineer's and the safety person constantly head hunt to get people fired over really small things.

Pros

Job offers good pay for the area

Cons

The worst company I’ve ever worked for . Been nothing but problems since Eagle materials corp took over . I’d take Lehigh and Martin Marietta over this company any day ! They pick and choose when to validate union contract agreements. Higher ups come and visit won’t even look you in the eyes let alone acknowledge you. They want our support to get the port to expand their business but won’t support their employees I personally hope the Port of Stockton doesn’t give them another square inch !
