Toxic leadership team, short sighted decision-making, poor communication.
The culture here was ruthless. Every quarter, a new cull of personnel during my time there, as the leadership team constantly changed tack and then fired a swathe of employees due to failure to hit overly ambitious revenue goals.
The stated purpose of helping businesses to increase social value has long fallen by the wayside, in place of the publicly stated goal of the CEO to sell the company and cash out. This means that every decision seems to be made with a short term view of immediate business sales valuation, rather than long term strategic priorities.
