Pros

If you make the effort, you can build excellent sales and project management skills here. The leadership is ambitious and, more importantly, has the know-how to realize its plans. The salary is competitive, especially when you consider that this is a startup. I also like that my job is fully remote. In short, it's a client-centric company that doesn't forget to take care of its employees.

Cons

I've yet to see something I don't like.

Pros

The right fit for someone who enjoys SaaS, client strategy, and growth. Always interesting to improve workflows and solve operational problems. Good team energy, lots of fresh ideas, and smooth collaboration. I’ve learned a lot from the more experienced team members and supervisors.

Cons

Balancing many responsibilities isn't for everyone.

Pros

I spent three years in a leadership role at INGENIOUS.BUILD and had a genuinely positive experience overall. During my time there, I developed a tremendous amount of skill and had the opportunity to work alongside a number of talented and dedicated leaders. There are some incredible people at this company, and many of the negative reviews here feel outdated or not reflective of the current state of the organization. Leadership is deeply committed to the company’s success—the CEO, in particular, is highly invested and consistently focused on growth and long-term impact. Over the past few years, the company has made meaningful improvements in its tech stack, systems, and processes, all aimed at enhancing the employee experience and creating more opportunities for growth and development. One thing to note is that the environment can feel different if you’re not used to direct communication from senior leadership. Being in close contact with VP- and CEO-level leaders may feel intense at times, but it’s rooted in a shared goal of driving the business forward. The culture is very much built on transparency, accountability, and results. This is a strong fit for individuals who are comfortable working in a remote environment, can clearly communicate their work through data, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture. If you prefer more structure or less direct access to leadership, it may take some adjustment.

Cons

None come to mind. The organization has made a strong effort over the past few years to set clear expectations and ensure employees are well-prepared for the day-to-day realities of the role.
