Pros

The work genuinely matters; you can see the impact on families and occupancy. I worked closely with ops, sales and care, which meant marketing actually influenced the business, not just campaigns. The company is very supportive with learning and development The team was genuinely wonderful to work with, supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other.

Cons

Nothing really, it's a great company to work for and I really enjoyed my time there.

Thank you for leaving a review, we would be very keen to speak to you to understand more about your experience at Signature with regard to the cons you have stated. We are especially concerned about the stating of 'no holiday' as all of our hourly paid workers are given 25 days annual leave as standard. We are always interested to listen to feedback from our team members so that we can review with the home to ensure that our staff are happy and that our policies and processes within the home are up to our standards. Please email our Recruitment Team (recruitment@signaturesl.co.uk ) if you are happy for us to contact you to discuss your review, we would really like the opportunity to learn more about this.

Pros

None at all don’t work for this company

Cons

Walking walking walking. Unnecessary walking distances. Bad management they don’t care about staff. Nothing stays confidential. Rude stuff and managers. If you are not that quiet hard working person you never get opportunities for growth. Managers want the staff to stand 12 hours like a dog, even when is not busy. If you don’t belong to the groups you will be abused and bullied. Supervisors are horrible they just givin orders and bully people around, helpless if you ask them something and most of them don’t know what they are doing. Your hard work is never appreciated from both sides residents and managers. The residents are very demanding they treat people like their slaves. In fact working for this company is a slavery and the shift feels like hell. Staff are not allowed to carry their drinks as they are not considered a human being. Most of the staff are uncontrolled or they are invisible to supervisors and managers . Few staff will do the work the ones that don’t belong to the groups. The company doesn’t provide masks even when there are people in isolation. A lot’s of rubbish in this company. If you are a carer you never will be protected or defended by anyone. If they don’t like your attitude they will put you into disciplinary or suck you.
