As treinadoras são excelentes, colegas de trabalho bacanas e pagamentos todos em dia. Time do administrativo/recrutamento é muito competente e profissional.

Cons

Sem pausa para lanches, sábado com 7h ininterruptas de trabalho e sem almoço, salário quase mínimo para pessoas graduadas e pós graduadas, gerencia despreparada, falta de reconhecimento, só reclamam e nunca reconhecem as qualidades, contratam PJ mas você tem todas as obrigações de um CLT (só não tem os benefícios), novamente muito mal remunerada para um trabalho exaustivo e sem muitos direitos. Vale alimentação muito baixo.

Worked at this location for all of four days and it was TOXIC! The clients complain that it’s toxic, the staff complains that it’s toxic and they treat people like trash. Let me start by saying I am a seasoned professional and the work environment was far less than ideal. Not only was I not welcomed but because I was the only African American person on the leadership staff I felt very uncomfortable because as I would walk around I would hear whispers from the girls at the front. They don’t even care that they have bad reviews. They keep peoples credit card information just anywhere and then argue with people when they don’t like their results or what they are charged . When they sent me the offer at first they sent me an offer for a job description that didn’t even match what I applied for. I still gave them a chance. Big mistake. The whole time I was there I heard people yelling ALL of the time. Clients complaining about services which now I see they were totally justified because they never are trying to help the customer. All they do is lure people in and then are super combative with guests who clearly don’t know what to expect. I don’t know who they treat worse, their employees or the people who come here for services . The Executive Director bullied me just because I asked for more information regarding a work task. She was screaming at me at the top of her lungs and when I told her that I did not want to argue and to please back off, she pressed the issue and continued to hurl insults at me. I literally left in the middle of my shift because I felt unsafe. Past that, they don’t follow the mask mandate and some of the staff don’t even wear masks! Vaccinated or not they are putting peoples lives at risk. This is not slander this is true because having worked there I am APPALLED and disgusted and hurt that I even had to deal with that type of environment and I feel bad for the clients! The marketing specialists told me to never even get a facial from them because they don’t know what they are doing. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I’m only leaving this review to create visibility for people who work hard for their money. Employee or client, they do not care about people! I hope they change their ways but due to all the lawsuits surrounding this company it looks like they are set in their ways.
