The best part of my experience with the company has been its work culture. Even though I came from a different background, I was given the space to learn, adapt, and grow in my role. The environment feels secure and welcoming, with a good representation of women employees, which adds to the comfort and balance at work. What truly makes a difference is the leadership team, they are incredibly approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive, which is something I’ve really valued during my time here.

I believe there may be an issue with some leave balances, which seems to have resulted in a salary deduction. Additionally, the lack of a work from home option can be a bit challenging at times, especially since I enjoy traveling.

The company culture is highly collaborative, and there is a strong emphasis on teamwork, which makes reaching sales targets much easier. The management is very supportive and provides the right tools and flexibility needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance while pursuing professional growth.

The work environment is very fast paced because the company is expanding quickly, which might be a challenge for those who prefer a slower routine. You occasionally have to manage different time zones for meetings. However, these are minor points compared to the learning opportunities provided, and they actually help in building better time-management skills.
