      Unstable (massive layoffs of senior leadership and functions) One of the worse HR teams (especially head of HR) No clear strategy from management as they say one thing and do the opposite Bad hirings Takes time to get promoted

      - CPO and CEO have failed the entire company - hiring incompetent leaders. - promotions and raises are based on personal preference. Unstable and immature decisions. Today we love you, tomorrow you are out if you dont follow our footsteps - known leader was unemployed before joining and was fired from multinational companies.
