      Pay is good, the workflow (without hiccups...) is manageable, provided communication is upheld and regular.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, ongoing blame culture. Lack of empathy or understanding from senior management, HSM will gaslight, lie and manipulate you to ensure you do not speak up.
