I love problem-solving and collaborating, especially when it's with people who are friendly, open-minded, and ready to share knowledge (as my teammates are). Although some tasks can be challenging, I know that my supervisors and coworkers are always there to help. The company has a strong customer base, and I was able to improve my communication skills pretty quickly.

Stressful days during busy periods, same as everywhere

Attractive compensation package. Starting rate is good even for those without previous work experience. We do get health insurance and medical benefits with 401k. There's also employee assistance program and pet insurance if you do have pets.

When I started working here, I spent most of my days dreading going back to work! The hostile environment, toxic work culture, and the physical and mental exhaustion that make employees not want to return to work! The negativity, blatant favoritism, and disrespect make us feel discouraged. Employee morale only gets worse because management don't even care to make employees feel better. Their solution is simple, let people leave or lay them off, then replace them with new ones. Doesn't matter if the turnover rate keeps increasing. They can always blame all the bad to the employees!
