Pros

1. Flexible working hours. 2. Opportunity to work across the AEC industry with architects, interior designers, and diverse decor brands

Cons

1. Extremely poor leadership, lack of empathy toward employees, often resulting in dismissive or unresponsive behaviour. 2. Overemphasis on AI tools to the point where employees are expected to operate with unrealistic speed and output, limiting independent thinking. 3. Role ambiguity and excessive workload: You will be expected to take on tasks outside their defined roles (content, management, design, etc.), leading to burnout. 4. Weak communication from senior leadership. Tasks are delegated with minimal guidance, 0 context, leaving employees to figure things out independently. 5. Lack of direction from core leadership, hence the company is a sinking Titanic. 6. Frequent account reshuffling, making it difficult to build continuity over one account. 7. Major compensation concerns since 2026, salaries are relatively lower than before, with limited or no appraisals for many employees. 8. 0 training or development programs, so no one grows via organisational system. 9. No senior support systems 10. Workplace culture concerns - many instances of microaggressive behaviours, email replies from core team beyond working hours, no payment for overtime and favouritism. 11. Unequal opportunities for employees in Delhi office Vs. other city offices. 12. Limited openness to feedback, whether in annual reviews or team meetings. 13. 0 health benefits, combined with high work pressure and extremely uneven workload, not worth the peanut salary being offered.
