Pros
You work on real client projects with hands-on responsibility
The CEO is approachable and generally encouraging
The team you work with is supportive, helpful, and genuinely good to collaborate with
Cons
If you value work–life balance, this is not the place for you. The culture can make you feel like a 24×7 working robot. Work hours are extremely long—13–14 hours a day is the norm, and on a “lighter” day, expect at least 12 hours.
The salary is below industry average, especially considering the workload and expectations.
I would strongly not recommend leaving an MNC or a stable job for this role, particularly if you’re used to structured processes, defined working hours, and healthy boundaries.
Terminations are done without notice or warning. Employees may attend the daily standup in the morning and by evening be told their performance is “not up to the mark,” followed by immediate termination.
All system access is revoked instantly, leaving no opportunity to even say goodbye to the team.
