Pros

There are really nice and talented people, offices are nice, food and snacks

Cons

The environment is completely toxic. They make you go to the office because they don't trust employees. If you are not there, you are not working. If you are there, they are happy, even if you are not doing anything. People is not measured by work but by the time spent by the office. They grew too fast and now the turnover is crazy. New hires realize faster and faster that they need to leave, so most of the teams are understaffed and the only reply is: you need to keep taking work. They have a "fear" approach, where they layoff people so others won't do what they don't want people to do like... getting sick or have a family and leave on time (again, it doesn't matter if the work is done). Feedback is seeing as a threat instead of something to work on to improve.
