      Pros

      Management are very approachable at all levels with full support, whatever the query may be. The team are lovely and close, and we support each other at all levels. Information sharing is great - you never feel "in the dark", and communication is very strong. Regular reviews and support from my team leader.

      Cons

      I've nothing bad to say about working at Fletchers. The recruitment process was made as straightforward as possible, and my first three months have gone by in a flash. The team are wonderful to work with and I feel championed in my work.

      Pros

      Fletchers Solicitors is a company which really focuses on individuals and their potential. I have personally been offered many opportunities whilst working here including promotions and support with external qualifications. The company has a family feel and a strong ethos of 'in this together'. If you work hard and have ambition you will go far. Fletchers recognises potential.

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot think of any cons of any significance.
