Pros
I appreciate tmp, largely driven by the strength of its people and leadership. From day one, there’s been a clear emphasis on mentorship—senior colleagues are approachable, generous with their time, and invested in helping others grow. That support isn’t performative it shows up consistently in day-to-day collaboration, feedback, and opportunities to take on meaningful challenges. The client work is challenging and rewarding. The culture is encouraging, and grounded in mutual respect. Colleagues look out for each other, and step in during tougher moments. I have always had access to leadership and support and mentorship at all levels in my time here The market hasn’t been easy, but the the company has navigated turbulence. There’s a stronger sense of direction, and more importantly, a renewed determination to invest in people which is appreciated , whether that’s through career development, mentorship, or giving teams the tools they need to succeed.
Cons
The pace can be fast and occasionally unpredictable due to shifting market conditions, which may not suit everyone Priorities can evolve quickly as the business adapts, requiring flexibility and resilience High expectations can mean busy periods, particularly during key client or market moments
