No real training when you start you learn from scratch. No real ethic and respect of the human self. There's some mean and manipulative lawyers. They are very stressful and Pressured the assistants a lot. Old fashioned thinking. A lot of backstabbing. Act nice in front of you and talk trash behind your back. Not up to date with technology for example there is no DM. No real management and structure. Everyone work individually.
