Flexible working is something that we champion as we know how important it is for colleague wellbeing. The rate we pay contractors is dependent upon a number of factors including frequency of hours, location, experience etc, but we are confident that we pay contractors a fair rate of pay for the countries in which they live. Finally, the education industry is fast moving and the needs of educators are constantly changing. As a business we need to be adaptable to meet those needs, this does make change an ongoing necessity. While it may not always be visible, our leadership discussions involve thoughtful debate and consideration and we are committed to supporting colleagues through periods of change.
