Work with multi-layered of staff and colleague, able to learn from each other a lot. Multi-national, multi-races, multi-cultural. Good exposure, management will trust you a lot to handle things by your own and explore to improve overall system. Company have good IT infrastructures to support daily operation work which reduces a lot of administrative work. Company is willing to invest to train their staff.

Nothing to complain, but some of the Director in HQ are appointed - not hands on, but only loves to critics others and put others down, pressuring and annoying. If you're not from the same industry, at least put some efforts to understand before start questioning and criticizing other's effort & work.

Colleagues are very helpful. Non-toxic work environment. Got a lot to learn. Boss is very supportive and teach me a lot of things to improve myself.

Long working hours 8am - 6pm/8am - 5.45pm
