Good concept and delicious menu items. Restaurant décor is beautiful and attractive. Quick-casual service is ideal for quick meals. Staff are friendly and hard-working because they really want to make this upstart chain a success.

Upper management will disappear for weeks or months at a time, leaving the restaurant management with little to no word on operations progress and new or changing processes and procedures. Unavailability of proper equipment and/or tools to successfully operate the restaurants. Trying to expand too quickly without understanding the US market and what customers want and need. Food is at the top of the price point and isn't a good value for everyday visits to the restaurant.
