      Pros

      If you’re close friends with the CEO you have nothing to worry about, if not they’ll fire you to hire someone who is and willing to take less money than you no matter how long you’ve worked there

      Cons

      Expected to do 3-4 jobs while getting paid for one. Expected to “show your gratitude”, while the CEO has “40 people who would eat my shoe to work here”.

      Pros

      They pay very well and its a very relaxed environment. Everyone is friendly and its only day shift.

      Cons

      Policy changes can be erratic and loss of privileges are done on a group wide basis instead of an individual one.
