Pros

Remote work and great team members that deserve far better treatment than they receive.

Cons

Company grew too big, too fast. It focused on growing India GCC instead of putting the time and money into their US-based teams. Clients will not be happy with knowing their candidate's PII are being shared with overseas teams. The pay is far below market standards. There is little to no opportunities for growth. There is favoritism and nepotism happening. The company is making reduction in forces in the US teams but growing the global team rapidly then shouting out those global teams, which is in poor taste. The company's revenue is going down and will continue to go down as they lose business to smaller boutique background screening companies that can offer above and beyond customer support in the US.
