A con would probably be having to work at all

There's a paycheck and there's benefits—that's about the end of it. Oh wait! We're getting flexible PTO which means unlimited PTO! Employees are certainly going to need it!

Avenu's merger, becoming Neumo, has been an enormous mishandled mess with Paul at the helm. Hundreds of employees across all companies have been without raises *despite promotions* for multiple years. CEO has no clue what normal people are going through, but his friends are sure proud. He might not actually be the problem since his hand is held by the capital group that owns it. Maybe a good company to get a year or two under your belt before bouncing, but that's about it. Sad since there are so many good people that are leaving due to conditions and low morale. Avenu/Neumo supplements lost talent with contractors, so you're not going to be valued Work from home and all benefits are changing as a whole and not for the better (1-2 days/wk WFH). Annual reviews tied to performance is planned, but who knows—no raises + inflation + 2yrs better = hefty raises My advice? RUN! There are so many better companies out there <3
