I’ve been at IV for a number of years and it’s been the best company I have worked for. The HQ refurbishment looks fantastic, but it's the people who really make it – everyone is approachable, supportive and happy to help. There’s a real family atmosphere, which you don’t always find in growing companies. Senior management are accessible and open to ideas, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across all departments. No matter how busy things get, everyone pulls together to get the job done. The work is varied and interesting, and there’s a real pride in delivering quality AV solutions for clients. The company also puts a lot of investment into staff training and development.

High expectations, but this allows the company to keep raising the bar in its industry

Some lovely people work here but I doubt they will be there long. There can be career opportunities but these are restrictive.

Director's are aggressive and controlling with no respect for their staff. Bonus schemes are designed to be unachievable or the goal posts are moved. Premises are tired and claustrophobic. There is a back stabbing culture encouraged amongst the staff.
