Company is not as focused on people as it is on revenue. If you’ve been working for a while, you’ll end up getting paid less than someone coming on that’s brand new. Culture was toxic and bred self serving employee behavior. Employees were not this way before they bought our company. Decent chunk of employees left within 2 years of them buying us out.
