Pros
The office environment had a good workspace, a mostly friendly team, helpful co-workers, and average benefits
Work / life balance was better than some in the title industry.
If you were aligned with a supportive manager and team, you could perform well and feel valued
Cons
The experience varies widely by branch and by manager. At several locations, there was a clear sense of favoritism, and some long-tenured staff seemed to have privileges and were able to get away with behavior that others were not held accountable for.
Career development and formal training were inconsistent. There were minimal structured reviews or advancement paths unless you were in management's inner circle.
Management in some cases seemed more focused on business/results rather than consistent fairness across the team — for example, high performers without the “right relationships” felt less supported
