Thanks for your feedback, We never like getting negative reviews and always disappointed when we do. We've been booking full calendars for our sales teams for over 6 years and there are always ebbs and flows in leads and lead quality, but overall, we generate plenty of solid leads for our sales team to hit and exceed quota. There are also hundreds of leads for sales team to chase if they don't have a show up or a lead is not qualified. With your 2 year tenure, I am sure that over that time, there were more than enough leads for you to hit an exceed quota or you would not have stayed with Doneverse. Lying to clients is not tolerated at all and as you know having worked here for over 2 years, if a client believes they have been misled in any way, the sales calls are assessed and Sales Account Managers are coached and performance managed accordingly if they have lied to a client to generate a sale. It is not in our company culture. As sales leaders we do give direct feedback as we above all else as a sales management team want our SAMs to be successful. If this comes across as rude, it is not intentional. We always wish people well that leave Doneverse and you worked with us for a long time and we appreciate that. I trust you'll find a role that works better for you.

Pros

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Cons

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…
