Pros

Benefits, technology, everyday use systems and applications

Cons

After nearly a decade of service, my experience revealed a culture that struggled to align its stated values with actual leadership practices. Micromanagement was pervasive, contradictory standards between what was preached and practiced were openly tolerated, and aggressive sales expectations were routinely repackaged under the guise of ‘behaviors’ — a thinly veiled attempt to mask quota-driven pressure as a cultural framework. Most critically, a medically necessary leave of absence for mental health challenges — directly attributable to the organizational environment — was met with swift and telling action upon my return, raising serious questions about this company’s true commitment to employee well-being and federally protected leave rights.
