DO NOT do it at all - Phone Representative Via Benefits Employee Review

You are made to call people nonstop. You are provided parameters that are unrealistic. There is no support and uppermanagement is rude and does not assist. Other departments same. Resources dont get updated quick enough and you are penalized for it. Dont try to get time off without a fight. Claims to be open door with HR but it is NOT. You cant even reach them. Very hostile work environment
