CarbonBetter has an incredible mission that is being pursued by lots of awesome people. I always feel so supported to make mistakes, learn, and grow. At the same time, management is super respectful of everyone's life outside of work. It's hard to find this combination anywhere.

The company is growing a lot so there are some growing pains, but that's all to be expected. It's better than having shrinking pains.

Good place to gain experience for young people starting out in their career, but a place to move on from eventually - not to stay. Moderately competitive pay
