I am having great experience working at the company over the past year. Since joining, I’ve been given meaningful opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility, which has really helped me move forward in my role. The workplace culture is supportive and transparent, with a genuine open-door policy that makes it easy to communicate with managers and leadership. The organization is well-structured, which helps day-to-day operations run smoothly.

It’s easy and you work by yourself.

Owner is rude. Always on camera with other locations and management. Answering phone call sometimes 24/7 they want you to answer calls after work morning and night. Communication is terrible, the meetings them have once a week if they even get to do it are the uninformative, and a waste of time while you’re suppose to be getting ready to open up for the day. A simple email would suffice.
