      This company cares about the employees. Upper Management is very approachable and respectful. I have enjoyed working here for 8 years and I plan on staying here

      Cons

      There are some companies that pay more, but I would rather be at a place where I feel happy and I am very comfortable here. It is a very solid company and people tend to stay here. We do not have much turnover in this company, that says a lot!

      I absolutely love what I do and the atmosphere is great. It’s been a long time since I worked with such a hands on executive team. It is really a family atmosphere. To hear that your work is appreciated by every level you meet is refreshing.
