Great co-workers but toxic corporate culture - Anonymous employee Bloom Medicinals Employee Review

Corporate makes the worst decisions based on greed. Got rid of leads because they were "unnecessary" and then stretched everyone thin trying to compensate for the loss of labor. A year later they STILL are dealing with the repercussions. They can't keep new employees. They also have a stupid disciplinary policy that allows workers to only make 3 mistakes PER YEAR. Not to mention, as a budtender, you are REQUIRED to individually make 60k for the store per month or else you get written up. Crappy sales not bringing in enough people? Your fault. They are also union busters. Dont work for the most corporate dispensary there is. They force you to wear polos and constanly make up new rules about uniform and discount policies.
