Pros
Initially it seemed the shifts would accommodate various schedules, which was true for the most part, though there isn't a lot of flexibility.
Cons
I've never been employed by a company so unorganized. It's hard to explain and it's kind of a, "you have to see it for yourself" situation. I question the actual motive for this facility; there have been a few success stories with the completion of treatment, but that percentage is low. There are (very few) key players that excel in their positions, however, it is otherwise run very poorly.
It's unfortunate because it has potential with the right staff and structure in place. I don't feel it has the right overhead, the facility is not fit to accommodate the patients (maintenance, sanitation, etc.) the morals are very poor amongst many of the employees from the bottom to the (tone deaf) CEO. It's more like a mill that continuously turns out bodies to keep the lights on. The turnover is extremely high, watching the employees try to marinate the stress while hearing them say the environment is threatening their very own sobriety is heartbreaking.
Yes, aesthetically the place looks better than most and is hailed as a "luxury facility," but it should be viewed more as the "lipstick on a pig" scenario. It's truly unfortunate and I would never send a family member or friend there if they were experiencing an issue.
