Too many changes at the senior-most levels (though the latest iteration looks to be sticking)

The NYC office has a coffee machine. Free coffee. I think it is important to only outline the facts about this company. While I was there, they went through two CEOs and fired the CEO for North America and her entire team. They then restructured the entire company to make themselves appear more “global,” without any of the infrastructure needed to support their global teams, and by offshoring work to the Philippines.

They laid off about 20% of staff across the board in several rounds of layoffs—this percentage may be higher, as at one point they stopped communicating who was gone. You would just find out your colleague was no longer with the company when their email address stopped working. They also got rid of the head of HR (I think this was the second or third head of HR in two years). Finally, they have gone through multiple CFOs. I know the job market is tough right now, but if you have a choice to make, choose the other place or continue looking while working here. There are a lot of talented and smart people who work here. It is a shame they are being treated so poorly.
