      The academic staff is collaborative however the hr gives false info about the role in the ad compared to the job offer contract.

      Cons

      They don't pay overtime, or weekends or public holidays or travel expenses. The salary is too low for the requirements of the post or the skills of the candidate.

      Allows full remote work for the tech team from anywhere within reasonable time zone

      Cons

      Has no structure, the CEO micromanages the team and is always on their neck with crazy pressure. Always has the last say no matter how ridiculous his opinion is. Nobody get to challenge or even give an opinion once he talks. It's literally run like a one man business
