Family environment, great benefits, freedom to work, great people to work with. The pension plan is the best in the province and is worth employment for that factor. The management and higher level staff were easy to work with giving you a high amount of personal and professional freedom.

There was no budget to get initiatives created and moving forward. There was a genuine lack of enterprise and forward progression. The reward level affected the feeling of respect. Too much work for the amount of time in the day and also the amount of money being paid. Little compensation for the amount of knowledge needed to perform duties.

Regular schedule, weekends off(for fulltime employees), good working conditions,
