Positive environment, coworkers were cool and easy to work with, close to home

Hours were not that great, I showed promise but was not progressed to full time. (I understand, it needs to make financial sense for the company).

Semi job security, pizza every two weeks and special occasion taco Tuesdays, good college lab job.

Massive employee exodus due to harsh working schedule with low pay and low hiring rates. Poor training process, with mindless work that requires little to no critical thinking. Higher ups will enjoy a 9-5 schedule while the rest of employees are expected to work past midnight if the workload requires it (which often happens). No bonuses offered, and low morale.
