Pros
Very little micromanagement and work environment is pretty relaxed
Cons
There was a consistent lack of communication between management and staff, which made day-to-day operations frustrating and unclear. Expectations and processes were often not clearly explained, and there were many situations where employees were left unsure of what to do due to limited training and guidance. The owner was often unprofessional in how he addressed employees, frequently reacting emotionally and creating a difficult work environment. Management offered little support for employee growth or development, n no consistent yearly raises, or communication on if you were supposed to get a yearly raise. I had to speak to management about requesting a raise, and even then they were not guaranteed. Overall, the workplace lacked strong leadership, clear direction, and opportunities for advancement.
