The work culture and personal life balance are second to none. The managers at all levels, up to the CEO are reflective and are always striving to improve. Daniel has built a fantastic team and it's refreshing to be a part of something that you know has a positive impact.

Pretty much every company is recruiting. Orange Circle Studio is no different and is also advertising lots of new roles, hopefully the company will attract more talented individuals and the business continues to grow with large aspirations in the next 3, 5, 10 years. Workload can be heavy at times, but that’s only natural if you’re trying to do great things.

*NOTE: Orange Circle Studio was recently rebranded to Whimsocal. - Leadership, particularly the CEO, is shockingly incompetent and seems to make a lot of reckless and questionable decisions. They seem to have VERY little understanding of the actual work that goes into roles at the company. In turn they show a clear lack of respect for certain employees & under-value many of them. - They set you up for failure with unmanageable workloads/no support, yet are delusional about the results they expect (perfection). - If you do a good job they will try every chance they get to 'reward' you with more work for likely no additional compensation. - Leadership can also be VERY passive-aggressive, patronizing, and rude to certain employees (especially ones they seemingly do not like) leading to a very toxic work environment. I was shocked & disgusted to see how some of my coworkers were treated.
