Pros
The office is located next to an mrt station.
Cons
The workload is relentless and completely unsustainable, with little to no sense of purpose, achievement, or direction. Your job is simply firefighting and producing endless output to satisfy constantly shifting demands and moving goalposts (if there even is a goal, as many times there is no goal to begin with). The result is an environment that feels chaotic, exhausting, and deeply demoralising over time. Demeaning, dismissive, and intimidating behaviour from senior management is not the exception — it is normalised. Employees are made to feel small and undervalued. Speaking up does not feel psychologically safe because disagreement or mistakes are met with public embarrassment and shaming in large meetings, or being shouted at. Fear is the primary management style. Turnover is extremely high, yet instead of addressing the root causes, the company relies heavily on hiring foreign employees tied to contractual bonds. Many colleagues feel trapped due to bond repayment obligations or rental lock-in periods, leaving them with limited flexibility to leave despite poor working conditions. It creates an unhealthy dynamic where people stay not because they want to, but because they feel financially cornered. Overall, itt is the most toxic and emotionally draining workplaces I have experienced. Morale is consistently low, accountability at the leadership level is nonexistent, and the gap between what is promised during recruitment and the actual reality is staggering. I would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to do extensive due diligence and speak candidly with current or former employees before accepting an offer.
