Fast-paced environment at times can feel challenging for freshers initially.

I’ve been able to take real ownership of my work, learn from smart teammates, and grow quickly. The environment encourages asking questions, trying new things, and improving continuously.

Some processes are still being streamlined, which is normal in a growing company. Nothing major though.
