Pros

Good compensation Flexible working hours Great individual contributors

Cons

They can let people go unexpectedly, often with reasons prepared afterward. Management tends to be very micromanaging. The compensation is good, but there is an expectation to adapt quickly to changing priorities and frequent project switches. There can be pressure to be available outside normal working hours when urgent situations come up.

Pros

mart, hardworking individual contributors across Engineering and Support • Interesting problem space with real customer need • Opportunity to influence strategy (at least initially)

Cons

. compensation is not competitive for the level of responsibility and expectations • Employees are worked extremely hard, often beyond reasonable or sustainable limits • Lack of transparency and accountability at senior leadership levels • Psychological safety is low—feedback and dissent are often punished • Decisions are made behind closed doors and narratives shift to suit leadership needs • Employees can be scapegoated when political dynamics change
