Cons
Honestly surprised there are not more reviews about this company because based on my experience it should be a bit of a no-go zone.
Believe the reviews you see from employees and consultants, especially regarding the international teams. There is a very strange culture where management will say one thing to your face and then something completely different behind the scenes. There are a lot of half-truths, backhanded comments, and unclear expectations.
You will often feel like you are not succeeding or not doing your job properly, but after speaking with others (including former employees) it seems this is actually a recurring pattern. It almost makes you question if you are even qualified for the role, when in reality there is very little structure or plan for people to succeed in the first place.
Another big issue is support - or the lack of it. If you ask for help, answers are either extremely limited or you get no response at all. It makes you wonder if management even wants people to succeed in their teams. The same feedback seems to come up again and again from people who have worked there before.
The C-level and management style can also be very unprofessional at times. I have seen situations where people are spoken about disrespectfully, even in front of others. It creates a very uncomfortable environment and many employees seem genuinely scared of management, which makes it difficult to ask questions or even understand internal processes and expectations.
Across TA, Sales and Management, do not expect much support or guidance. Communication is poor and the atmosphere can feel borderline toxic.
Before considering joining this company, I would strongly recommend reaching out to former employees. Many of them are more than happy to share their experiences and it can give you a much clearer idea of what to expect.
