Artisan Council is an exceptional company that truly values its employees. The team here is welcoming and supportive, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. It has been a great place to work, and I genuinely appreciate everything it offers.

I can't think of any cons. This company is truly fantastic in my experience.

- The interview process was refreshingly swift. Mine lasted about a month, including four interviews and one assessment, and communication was clear throughout. - Onboarding was well-organized and easy to follow. - Accommodations for diverse needs were taken seriously and honored when requested, which made a strong first impression. - Training is built into the process, and early learning feels supported rather than rushed. - DEI and progressive values are woven into the company’s DNA, not just lip service. - The team genuinely looks for ways to push the needle forward for clients, and creativity from all team members is welcomed and encouraged. - 2 PM “Summer Fridays” are honored all year round, a small but meaningful perk that reflects a culture of trust.

- PTO doesn’t kick in until the 6-month mark, which is something to be aware of if you’re coming from roles with earlier access. However, unpaid time off can be requested before that. - I’m still fairly new, but so far work-life balance doesn’t seem to be as emphasized as some of the company’s other cultural values. That said, I’ve noticed systems in place that support it and I’m hopeful it’s something that continues to evolve!
