Pros
Small team heavily reliant on experience with multiple potential avenues for growth. Varied portfolio of compounds in manufacturing.
Cons
Encouragement to develop is heavily dependent on who your manager is. There is no consistent approach to 1:1s/development goals, or even a goal setting process, so some managers will be creative and encouraging, whilst others are there for an easy time and keeping staff in a box. Poor communication comes from the top down.
