The group of staff who have stuck around for multiple years are wonderful, kind, and like family to me. The environment is small and the relationships you are able to build with the students is awesome. So many people here truly care about the students and about this community.

Everything changes all the time. In the last few years, it has felt like a different school culture every single year. This is due not only to high teacher turnover, but to inconsistent and inept leadership that asks for teacher feedback but does not implement it well. At times staff has been clique-y. Things were beginning to feel more stable, and they have now announced another huge shift in leadership going into next year. The expectations for staff have risen exponentially in the last few years, with no resources to help teachers manage the workload.
