Pros

- intern salary around 10k (good in BD) - timely salary

Cons

- no guidance to learn from a senior - team is small - HR and one senior developer handle all the things - Remote environment is the biggest pain here. They think you waste time if you aren't able to finish your work. Flexibility is a scam. Even if you start early in the morning and finish 9 hours a day, they will call you in the evening or at night. They will call you, it's 100% true. Means you should be available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Pros

One phrase - you can learn a lot. Leadership is highly approachable — the CEO and other seniors stay helpful to all employees regardless of role or level. To maintain work life balance, during peak time is hard - company does provide much flexibility especially for personal reason, which is very appreciatable. Salaries are always paid on time, often even ahead of schedule. Even if in a beginner level, everybody makes you feel valued and seen. The company invests heavily in personal and professional development, pushing to continuously level up, be more efficient, and unlocking core potential.

Cons

It can be tough to maintain a good work-life balance during busy times. Following office hours more strictly could be beneficial - which eventually the company tries to do. Very occasionally, the communication between seniors and juniors can come off as a bit demotivating to juniors, which might unintentionally affect the overall vibe or team morale.
